Clear terms, so we can do deep work.
These terms apply upon purchase of any coaching service or package. They exist to protect your time, your privacy, and the integrity of the container we build together.

Travel Fulfillment Coaching agreement
01 Coaching services
- Travel Fulfillment Coaching supports you in reconnecting with your soul identity through emotional awareness, intentional travel, reflection, goal alignment, and personal transformation.
- Sessions may include identity and emotional alignment coaching, goal-setting and reflection exercises, travel intention support, emotional support and accountability, and personalized transformation tools.
- Coaching is educational, supportive, and transformational in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
02 Session format
- All sessions are one-on-one.
- Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet.
- By scheduled appointment only. Frequency and duration depend on the package you select.
03 Client responsibility
- Coaching is a collaborative process. Transformation requires honesty, self-reflection, and active participation.
- Results are not guaranteed.
- You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, mental health, emotional well-being, and personal outcomes. I provide guidance, support, and structure.
04 Payment policy
- All coaching packages are paid in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for completed, partially completed, or unused sessions.
05 Rescheduling and cancellations
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited at the Coach's discretion.
- Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or lack of communication may result in termination of services without refund.
06 Communication and support
- Between sessions you may reach me through WhatsApp, text message when personally permitted, or email.
- Email response time is generally within 1 to 3 business days.
- Messaging support is for brief support, reflections, scheduling, or accountability. It does not replace full coaching sessions.
07 Confidentiality
- Everything shared in session is kept confidential to the best of my ability, unless disclosure is required by law, there is risk of harm to you or others, or you give written permission to share.
08 No guarantees
- The Alchemical Soul Connection does not guarantee specific emotional, financial, relational, travel, or personal outcomes. Every journey, pace, and transformation process is unique.
09 Intellectual property
- All materials provided, including workbooks, reflection prompts, coaching frameworks, digital resources, and exercises, are the intellectual property of The Alchemical Soul Connection and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
10 Termination
- I reserve the right to discontinue services if boundaries are repeatedly violated, communication becomes inappropriate, the coaching relationship is no longer aligned, or behavior disrupts the coaching process.
11 Acknowledgement
- By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. A signed copy of the full agreement is provided at onboarding.
