01. About TASC

TASC provides Travel Fulfillment Coaching, educational resources, reflective tools, personal-development resources, intentional travel support, and related experiences designed to support self-reflection, emotional awareness, goal alignment, personal growth, and intentional living.

TASC’s services are coaching and educational services.

TASC does not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or emergency/crisis services.

02. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid services or make purchases through the website.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use paid services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.

03. Coaching Services

TASC’s coaching services are subject to the applicable Client Coaching Agreement.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Participation does not guarantee any specific emotional, financial, relational, professional, travel, or personal outcome.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, choices, and results.

04. Travel-Related Information

TASC may provide travel-related education, destination information, planning support, travel intention support, reflective exercises, and other travel-related resources.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TASC does not provide travel-agent services, legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, or financial advice.

TASC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, pricing, availability, cancellations, delays, changes, injuries, losses, or failures of third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, tour operators, travel platforms, restaurants, attractions, or other service providers.

Travel information can change after it is published.

You are responsible for independently verifying applicable travel requirements, including passport requirements, visa requirements, entry requirements, health requirements, travel advisories, travel insurance requirements, cancellation policies, transportation arrangements, and other destination-specific requirements.

08a. Use of TASC Materials

The materials listed above are owned by or licensed to TASC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchased or provided materials are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, modify, publish, teach, sublicense, or commercially exploit TASC materials without prior written permission.

09. User-Submitted Information

If you voluntarily submit information, testimonials, feedback, reviews, comments, photographs, or other materials to TASC, you represent that you have the right to provide that information.

Personal information is handled according to the TASC Privacy Policy.

TASC will not publicly identify you as a client or publish identifiable client information as a testimonial without appropriate permission.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

These Terms, together with applicable policies, purchase terms, Client Coaching Agreements, and other written agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable TASC website, products, and services.

TASC may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
